PAST TRADES
To get an overall impression of my investor skills it is not enough to look only at the value development of my current depot positions. It is also necessary to take all my past trades into account. Percentages after ,BUY’ or ,SELL’ are used when stocks have been bought in more than one step or sold only partly. Then the percentages indicate how many shares were involved in the transaction compared to the shares previously owned.
The stated performances assume the ‚first in and first out’ principle (FIFO). It means, that the share of a corporation which are hold the longest time always gets sold first. Accordingly, the stock's performance is not calculated with the average purchase price!
